Who pays for hospice?

The Medicare Hospice Benefit covers eligible patients at 100%, including related medications, equipment and supplies. Medi-Cal and most private plans offer similar coverage. We verify your benefits for free.

Can we keep our own doctor?

Yes. Your physician can remain involved in your care and works alongside our hospice medical director.

What if we change our minds?

You can leave hospice at any time and return to curative treatment, and return to hospice later if you wish. Nothing is locked in.

Where is hospice care provided?

Wherever the patient calls home, a private residence, an assisted living community, or a skilled nursing facility.
