ProHealth Home Care is a locally owned Home Health and Hospice agency focused on clinical excellence and compassion, one patient at a time. We have been doing this for 21 years, Medicare-certified since 2016, and we still believe what we believed on day one: health care is a right, not a privilege, and no family should struggle to find the right care at the worst moment of their lives. Today that means six offices, clinical teams across 20 California counties, and a 4.5-star rating from Medicare's own Care Compare.
What we stand for
